Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") form a binding agreement between you and Premier Pharma Mentors, Inc. ("we," "us," or "our"), the owner and operator of FirstPass™ and the website at firstpassprep.com. By accessing or using FirstPass, creating an account, or purchasing a subscription, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and all policies referenced here. If you do not agree, do not use FirstPass.

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, and able to form a binding contract to use FirstPass. If you use FirstPass on behalf of a school, institution, or organization, you represent that you are authorized to bind that entity to these Terms.

FirstPass is an educational exam-preparation study tool. FirstPass does not provide legal advice, pharmacy practice advice, licensing advice, regulatory advice, or any other professional advice, and no attorney-client, pharmacist-patient, or other professional relationship is created by your use of the platform.

FirstPass is an independent platform. FirstPass is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or approved by the National Association of Boards of Pharmacy (NABP), any state board of pharmacy, any government agency, or any official examination administrator.

FirstPass does not guarantee that you will pass the MPJE, UMPJE, or any other examination, obtain licensure, or achieve any specific outcome. Any performance metrics, readiness scores, or analytics we provide are estimates for study purposes only and are not predictions or guarantees of examination results.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Accounts are personal to you and may not be shared, resold, or transferred without our written consent. Notify us immediately at the contact address below if you suspect unauthorized use.

Subject to these Terms and your active subscription, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access FirstPass and its content solely for your own exam-preparation study. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

Your use of FirstPass is also governed by our Acceptable Use Policy and Copyright and Intellectual Property Policy. Without limiting those policies, you may not copy, scrape, screenshot, record, redistribute, publish, sell, sublicense, or create derivative works from FirstPass content; use FirstPass content to train, fine-tune, or develop any machine-learning or artificial-intelligence model; or use FirstPass to build, support, or benchmark any competing product or service.

Paid access to FirstPass is provided on a subscription basis. Billing, renewal, cancellation, and refund terms are set out in our Payment Terms, Subscription and Cancellation Policy, and Refund Policy, which are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

FirstPass and all content are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that FirstPass will be uninterrupted, error-free, current, or complete.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Premier Pharma Mentors, Inc. and its officers, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss arising from examination results, licensure decisions, or reliance on FirstPass content. Our total aggregate liability for any claim relating to FirstPass will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last Updated" date reflects the most recent version. Material changes will be communicated through the platform or by email. Continued use of FirstPass after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
