Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy applies to everyone who accesses FirstPass™. It supplements our Terms of Use and Copyright and Intellectual Property Policy.

You may not:

• Copy, scrape, crawl, harvest, screenshot, screen-record, or otherwise extract FirstPass content by manual or automated means.
• Redistribute, publish, share, sell, sublicense, or make FirstPass content available to any third party.
• Use FirstPass content to train, fine-tune, evaluate, or develop any machine-learning or artificial-intelligence model or dataset.
• Use FirstPass to build, support, benchmark, or operate any competing product or service.
• Share, resell, or transfer your account, or access FirstPass through another person’s account.
• Circumvent access controls, rate limits, security measures, or usage restrictions.
• Interfere with, disrupt, or place unreasonable load on the platform or its infrastructure.
• Misrepresent your identity or eligibility, or use FirstPass for any unlawful purpose.

We may monitor use to protect the platform and enforce this policy. Violations may result in warnings, suspension or termination of access without refund, and any legal remedies available to us.
