School & Enterprise Terms
Terms for pharmacy schools and organizations using FirstPass.
1. Scope
These School & Enterprise Terms apply where a pharmacy school, institution, or organization ("Institution") licenses FirstPass™ for use by its students or members ("Authorized Users"). They supplement our Terms of Use and any separate written agreement, which controls in the event of conflict.
2. Institutional access and administration
The Institution is responsible for managing its Authorized Users, ensuring they comply with our Terms of Use and Acceptable Use Policy, and for the acts and omissions of its Authorized Users. Access is granted per the applicable plan and may not be transferred outside the Institution.
3. Cohort analytics and data
Institutional plans may include cohort-level analytics. The Institution and its administrators must handle any student data made available to them in accordance with applicable law and their own privacy obligations. Our handling of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.
FirstPass content and readiness metrics are educational study aids only. They do not predict or guarantee examination passage or licensure for any student or cohort, and content must be verified against current official sources.
4. Intellectual property
All FirstPass content and technology remain the property of Premier Pharma Mentors, Inc. Institutions and Authorized Users may not copy, scrape, screenshot, redistribute, use for AI training, or use FirstPass to build a competing product, as set out in our Copyright and Intellectual Property Policy and Acceptable Use Policy.
5. Billing and term
